Rose moves in with Jess. Well, not MOVING-IN moving in. Look, it's not serious. Who said it's serious? Is anyone else feeling hot in here?

Standing tall in the teeming crowd of lesbian comic strips...

It’s the cartoon for the cranky urban girl in all of us!

Bitter Girl began as angry, needy doodles in the margins of a journal during an ill-fated love affair. It first ran as a full-length comic in Minneapolis' late, lamented FocusPoint in 1998.

The strip has been distributed by Q Syndicate since 2001.

Read it on the Web and in print:

Weekly on the blog (click on strips to enlarge). But that runs a few weeks behind, out of respect to my regular subscribers. Please patronize them! You can find a full list of Q Syndicate subscriber papers here, but the Bitter Girl All-Stars are:

Philadelphia Gay News - In the "Detour" section.

Seattle Gay News - Check out the strip in the latest edition or scroll down for "Previous Editions" so you can pick up where Gmax (see Archives) left off. That would be the October 26, 2007 issue ("Sulkscreening").

Between the Lines - Michigan's LBGT paper.

Dallas Voice - Great paper. Hit "Download Current Issue" and head for the back pages, which also feature Jane's World, A Couple of Guys, and Kyle's Bed & Breakfast.

Chicago Free Press. (Print edition only.)

ARCHIVES
COMING SOON: October 2007-May 2009 archives! On this very site! Up by August Halloween January or your money back! Yes, I know you pay no money. See? It's a bargain.

Gmax - No longer running Q Syndicate material regularly, but the BG archive goes from October 2007 ("Weightlifting") back to July 2003 ("Sore Chooser").

Please let me know where you're reading it!
